A5A will be activated again between 8th to 17th September 2016.

Zorro, JH1AJT will travel to Bhutan with Champ, E21EIC and Franz, DJ9ZB next month.
Main purpose of this trip is to support the launch of Paralympic Committee in Bhutan
with Bhutan Olympic Committee (BOC).

Activity will be on 80 – 10m bands CW, SSB and RTTY, by two (TS-590 + 1.3K-FA) stations,
using a tri-band beam (20/15/10m) and wire verticals for other bands.

Polish operators 3Z9DX, SP3DOI and SP7VC (from REBEL DX GROUP) will soon visit Kanton Island in Central Kiribati. They are going for a 1 month trip to do radio activity and volunteer any help to the local community, including Radio Emergency Communication System. The residents don’t have any type of communication with the rest of the world at this moment, and in case of any disaster or health problems, they can only count on themselves.

The team would like to make aware this is not a $100,000 trip as it does not need to be! They are not begging for any donation up front as travelling around the Pacific is not that expensive, contrary to what many teams suggest. Their budget is ”packet-budget” and is enough to do activations from very rare places.

For future reference, if you think that people in other remote parts of the world can use their help and expertise then let them know.

Des opérateurs Polonais 3Z9DX, SP3DOI et SP7VC (de REBEL DX GROUP) vont bientôt visiter l’île Kanton à Kiribati Central. Ils sont en cours pour un voyage de 1 mois pour faire de l’activité de la radio et du bénévolat toute aide à la communauté locale, y compris Radio Système de communication d’urgence. Les résidents ne disposent pas de tout type de communication avec le reste du monde en ce moment, et en cas de problèmes en cas de catastrophe ou de santé, ils ne peuvent compter que sur eux-mêmes.

L’équipe souhaite faire connaître ce n’est pas un voyage de 100.000 $ car il n’a pas besoin d’être! Ils ne sont pas la mendicité pour tout don à l’avant que voyager à travers le Pacifique est pas si cher que, contrairement à ce que beaucoup d’équipes suggèrent. Leur budget est ”paquet-budget” et est assez pour faire des activations des endroits très rares.

Pour référence ultérieure, si vous pensez que les gens dans d’autres régions éloignées du monde peuvent utiliser leur aide et leur expertise, puis faites-leur savoir.
