Avec effet au 1er Juin 2016, le célèbre diplôme IOTA (Island On The Air)
Avec effet au 1er Juin 2016, le célèbre diplôme IOTA (Island On The Air) apporte quelques modifications à son règlement :
- devant l’augmentation des frais postaux, les certificats papiers seront désormais au format électronique ;
- l’arrêt des crédits pour les contacts VHF/UHF, changement qui ne touchera que peu de participants ;
- séparation du paiement du diplôme de base de 100 îles et de celui de l’enregistrement au diplôme ;
- le seuil de définition d’un groupe IOTA ‘rare’ passe à 20% au lieu de 15% auparavant.
À noter le projet en cours d’un système de gestion des QSL 100% sans papier qui devrait voir le jour au début de l’an prochain.
