May 11, 2016 – Cezar, VE3LYC is happy to announce to DX World that all logistics are in place for an operation from Cooper Island NA-172 during August 1-5, 2016.
Given the typical HF propagation uncertainties from the high Arctic, he wishes to assure IOTA chasers that he will take into account the propagation conditions at the time in the scheduling of the length of his operation.
