July 5 – Mikhail, RA1ALA is soon heading to the Kuril islands and will be active from Paramushir AS-025. On July 6th he will be flying from St. Peterburg to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, where he will sail for 20 hours to reach the island on the 9th.
He expects to start operations on 10th July, after setting up the antenna field for 40m, 20m, 15m and 10m, and expects to QRT on the 19th July to catch the boat back to Petropavlovsk.
Mikhail will take videos of all his activity and for sure delight us with another great movie, as he uses to do after all his expeditions. There is information that in recent years the population of grizzly bears has increased on Paramushir, so he expects to stay safe from them while being there. QSL direct to RA1ALA. [tnx EA3NT]

Juillet 5 – Mikhail, RA1ALA est bientôt dirige vers les îles Kouriles et sera actif à partir de Paramushir AS-025. Le 6 Juillet, il sera de vol de St. Peterburg à Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, où il naviguera pendant 20 heures pour atteindre l’île le 9. Il prévoit commencer les opérations le 10 Juillet, après la mise en place du champ d’antenne pour 40m, 20m, 15m et 10m, et prévoit QRT le 19 Juillet pour prendre le bateau pour retourner à Petropavlovsk.
Mikhail prendra des vidéos de toute son activité et bien sûr nous enchanter avec un autre grand film, comme il utilise pour faire après toutes ses expéditions. Il y a des informations que ces dernières années, la population d’ours grizzlis a augmenté en Paramushir, donc il attend de rester à l’abri de leur tout en étant là. QSL direct via RA1ALA. Kalgin or Chisik Island NA-158 around July 8-11. Most likely Kalgin. He’ll use KL7RRC, testing out 2 SDR’s (MB-1 and SunSDR2-Pro with 600W amp).
