NEWS UPDATE – Tentatively, the first island activity of the Arctic’s Legend IOTA DXpedition (from AS-068) could take place around the dates February 16-18. The expedition begins on February 14th.

June 5, 2016 – Team RT9K are now underway with planning their next major IOTA DXpedition scheduled for February-March 2017. Depending on weather and ice conditions they hope to be active from the following islands:

• Fernliya islands AS-054
• Tyrtov Island AS-121
• Nansena Island AS-104
• Skott-Gansena Islands AS-068

Up to three stations QRV on 40-10m; CW/SSB/Digi. QSL via RX9KM.

DES NOUVELLES MISE À JOUR – D’un point de vue provisoire, la première activité de l’île de la légende de l’Arctique IOTA DXpedition (de AS-068) pourrait avoir lieu autour des dates février 16-18. L’expédition commence le 14 février.

Le 5 Juin 2016 – L’équipe RT9K est en train de planifier la prochaine grande expédition IOTA prévue pour février-mars 2017. Selon les conditions météorologiques et les conditions de glace, ils espèrent être actifs dans les îles suivantes:

• Nansena Island AS-104
• Skott-Gansena Islands AS-068

Jacek, SP5APW informs DX-World.net that he will be active from Siargao Island OC-235 as DU9/SP5APW from May 9-16, 2017. QRV using an Icom 7300 and 1kW solid state amplifier with SP7IDX Hexbeam for 10-20m and wire vertical for 40m. QSL via H/c.

Jacek, SP5APW Informe DX-World.net qu’il sera actif à partir de Siargao Island OC-235 en utilisant l’indicatif DU9/SP5APW Du 9 au 16 mai 2017. QRV utilisant un amplificateur à semi-conducteurs Icom 7300 et 1kW avec SP7IDX Hexbeam pour 10-20m et un câble vertical de 40m. QSL via H / c.
