Cezar, VE3LYC is happy to announce to DX World that all logistics are in place for an operation from IOTA group NA-172 during the first week of August.
Given the typical HF propagation uncertainties from the high Arctic, he wishes to assure IOTA chasers that he will take into account the propagation conditions at the time in the scheduling of the length of his operation.

Cezar, VE3LYC est heureux d’annoncer DX mondiale que toute la logistique sont en place pour une opération de IOTA group NA-172 au cours de la première semaine d’Août.
Compte tenu des incertitudes typiques de propagation HF de l’Extrême-Arctique, il tient à assurer les chasseurs de IOTA qu’il prendra en compte les conditions de propagation au moment de la programmation de la durée de son fonctionnement.

Le Diplôme des Phares du Littoral Français et des DOM-TOM concerne les contacts radioamateurs avec les phares sur le littoral Français et les DOM-TOM.
Le premier règlement date de 1997, une évolution majeure a été décidé en 2015, mise en œuvre en 2016.
Tous les Radioamateurs et SWLs peuvent participer aux activités DPLF, soit comme expéditionnaire, ou tout simplement en contactant les expéditions.
Le nombre de phares du programme du DPLF est de 391 au 28 mars 2016.
Ces phares sont répartis en 3 catégories :
Facilement accessible (en voiture) : 218
Moyennement accessible (seulement à pieds) : 69
Difficilement accessible (en bateau) : 104
