Those stations who have operated, or continue to operate outside the guidelines will NOT be in the posted logs.<\/p>\n<p>The first issue is the use of distant remotes, this is not permitted under IOTA rules. He says it is abundantly clear who is doing it because &#8220;big gun&#8221; stations in their vicinity are being received at 53, then they come in with S9+20db signals typical of NA, VK or ZL stations. These are clearly remote and not local operations.<\/p>\n<p>The second issue is that of one operator making contacts for his friends. Il dit qu&rsquo;il est tr\u00e8s clair que cela se fait parce que les stations \u00ab\u00a0gros pistolets\u00a0\u00bb dans leur voisinage sont re\u00e7ues \u00e0 53, puis elles entrent avec des signaux S9 + 20db typiques des stations NA, VK ou ZL. Ce sont des op\u00e9rations \u00e0 distance et non locales.<\/p>\n<p>Le deuxi\u00e8me probl\u00e8me est celui d&rsquo;un op\u00e9rateur qui fait des contacts pour ses amis.
