We&#8217;ll be on the air <span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_1630879015\"><span class=\"aQJ\">Sept. 27 &#8211; Oct. 4<\/span><\/span> operating select band\/mode combinations and listening intently for EU. We have donated a power generator to the Tuvalu Red Cross Society for emergency communications purposes. A primary focus of their DXpedition will be to provide training and equipment with intentions to establish a permanent and active Tuvalu Amateur Radio Club and emergency communications station. There are several licensed amateurs in Tuvalu. With the cooperation of the telecommunications authority, they will provide training and supplement on-island HF equipment to get a fully functional club station on the air. <strong>T2R<\/strong> will be the inaugural activation of this station. Donations will go directly to supporting Tuvaluan amateurs getting on the air. QSL via N7SMI.
