Cette station, \u00e9tablie en 1921, fonctionne comme service d&rsquo;alerte aux cyclones pour l&rsquo;\u00c9tat du Queensland.<\/p>\n<p>La station m\u00e9t\u00e9orologique compte une \u00e9quipe de 4 personnes qui se relaient tous les 6 mois : 2 observateurs (dont moi-m\u00eame), 1 responsable de station (OIC\/Observateur) et 1 technicien.<\/p>\n<p>Je suis sur l&rsquo;\u00eele depuis mai 2026 et j&rsquo;y resterai jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 fin octobre ou d\u00e9but novembre 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Mon indicatif habituel est VK4WXW.
