Un point qui me convenait moins \u00e9tait la m\u00e9thode utilis\u00e9e par cette antenne pour fixer les radians de masse. \u00c0 la base de l&rsquo;antenne, il y a deux \u00e9crous et boulons en acier inoxydable. Tous les radians sont regroup\u00e9s et fix\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;un de ces deux ensembles \u00e9crou-boulon. L&rsquo;antenne fonctionne parfaitement de cette mani\u00e8re, mais je souhaitais quelque chose de mieux.<\/p>\n<p> Au cours de mes recherches, j&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dxengineering.com\/parts\/dxe-radp-3\">plaque radiale DX Engineering<\/a>. La plaque est en acier inoxydable et est livr\u00e9e avec 20 \u00e9crous, boulons, rondelles-freins et rondelles. Si, comme moi, vous fixez la plaque sur un poteau m\u00e9tallique, vous devrez \u00e9galement commander un collier de fixation. Lorsque la plaque est arriv\u00e9e, j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s impressionn\u00e9 par la qualit\u00e9 des d\u00e9tails et par son poids. Cela m&rsquo;a permis de placer la nouvelle plaque radiale sur le poteau de montage et de la fixer. Une fois cette op\u00e9ration termin\u00e9e, j&rsquo;ai \u00e9galement refix\u00e9 le support de la Hustler 4BTV sur le poteau de montage. Le support de l&rsquo;antenne et la nouvelle plaque radiale sont reli\u00e9s par le poteau m\u00e9tallique.<\/p>\n<p>Comme ce poteau de montage est un poteau de cl\u00f4ture et qu&rsquo;il peut se corroder sous l&rsquo;effet des intemp\u00e9ries, j&rsquo;ai install\u00e9 deux c\u00e2bles de liaison entre le support de l&rsquo;antenne et la nouvelle plaque radiale. J&rsquo;ai ensuite raccord\u00e9 le c\u00e2ble de la prise de terre \u00e0 la plaque. L&rsquo;antenne a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 remont\u00e9e sur son support de base.
