I have no email communication with the island as there are no post\/telephone\/transportation services there; company satellite forbidden for private use. I was neither notified by Eugeny of his QRV, nor about problems he had during this season. The only thing I know &#8211; it&#8217;s him who signs <strong>RI1FJ<\/strong>, as many hams worked him reported this.<\/p>\n<p>I do not know whether Eugeny is able to send his ADIF logs through his @winlink.org address as we did in his previous operations. I was told all steel and metal materials and equipment was removed from the island before summer 2015. Perhaps this was the reason of RI1FJ silence.<\/p>\n<p>Gents, please keep working RI1FJ on the bands, but be patient with QSL requests until I establish log exchange procedure. Je n&rsquo;ai pas de communication \u00e9lectronique avec l&rsquo;\u00eele car il n&rsquo;y a pas de services post \/ t\u00e9l\u00e9phone \/ transport l\u00e0-bas; soci\u00e9t\u00e9 satellite interdit pour un usage priv\u00e9. Je suis ni notifi\u00e9 par Eugeny de son QRV, ni sur les probl\u00e8mes qu&rsquo;il avait au cours de cette saison. La seule chose que je sais &#8211; c&rsquo;est lui qui signe <strong>RI1FJ<\/strong> comme beaucoup de Radioamateurs qui trafique lui a rapport\u00e9 cela.<\/p>\n<p>Je ne sais pas si Eugeny est capable d&rsquo;envoyer ses journaux ADIF par son @winlink.org aborder comme nous l&rsquo;avons fait dans ses op\u00e9rations pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes. On m&rsquo;a dit que tous les mat\u00e9riaux en acier et en m\u00e9tal et de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement a \u00e9t\u00e9 retir\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00eele avant l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 2015. Peut-\u00eatre que ce fut la raison du silence de RI1FJ.<\/p>\n<p>Gents, s&rsquo;il vous pla\u00eet garder RI1FJ travailler sur les bandes, mais soyez patient avec les demandes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que je QSL \u00e9tablir une proc\u00e9dure d&rsquo;\u00e9change de journal.
