Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 dans le cadre d&rsquo;une collaboration entre la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 satellitaire qatarie Es&rsquo;hailSat Qatar Satellite Company, l&rsquo;association de radioamateurs du Qatar (QARS) et l&rsquo;AMSAT-DL e.V. allemand.
